1986 Carolina Personnel has grown in three main areas: Office Clerical, Light Industrial,
and permanent placements. We have added to our Office Clerical division
and now specialize in Medical Administrative positions. As our customer's
needs change so will our company. By partnering with Carolina Personnel,
we can lower your recruiting, hiring and orientation cost. We can
customize our billing procedures to fit our client's needs.

Network Carolina Personnel Services believes
that recruiting plays a major role in the success of our staffing
service.
We have a recruiting system that not only recruits for a client's
everyday needs but also recruits for their specific needs. We use
the local newspapers as a recruiting tool but only as a basic source
for applicants. Our best referrals come from our "Recruiting Network".
This network is one that is constantly being developed to create
a referral system throughout Columbia and Lexington. We are committed
to this process in an effort to attract the best employees for our
customers.

We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with the performance
of a field employee and you notify our office within 4 hours of
the time our employee first begins work for you, you will not be
billed for that employee.
